Dusk was designed with entertaining in mind and includes a large lounge area with a woodfire, separate dining area, modern kitchen and downstairs television and kids room.
Bedrooms
The master bedroom has an ensuite and panoramic sea views. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed and views across the water. The bunk room can sleep up to six children.
Outdoors
Dusk has a spectacular wrap around deck with views for miles that is perfect for entertaining and relaxing. A large undercover dining and BBQ area can seat up to 14 people.
Dusk is perfectly positioned on the Esplanade, with ease of access to Coffin Bay National Park, oyster farm tours and local restaurants. You will be surrounded by natural beauty and wildlife, with dolphins and seals visible from the deck or emus and kangaroos meandering past. The perfect property for your Coffin Bay escape.
The Coffin Bay National Park is within easy walking distance as are the local restaurants, oyster farm tours and yacht club. There is parking onsite for two cars and you will have exclusive access to the entire house and gardens.
